Position Summary: As a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will assist the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality Resident Care Services within our community. Your Responsibilities Will Include: • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure the highest quality of care. • Administering medications and performing skilled nursing assessments and treatments. • Processing competencies in foley catheters, PICC lines, feeding tubes, and wound care. • Documenting skilled care accurately. • Communicating effectively with residents, families, staff, physicians, and outside providers. Qualifications: • Current RN/LPN license to practice in Massachusetts. • Minimum of two years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience. • Experience or special interest in working with older adults is preferred. • Ability to perform physical tasks (pushing, bending, lifting up to 50lbs). • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff. • Good physical and emotional health, free of communicable diseases.
