We are seeking an RN Supervisor who is passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Supervise nursing staff during your shift to ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance. • Conduct or oversee resident assessments and coordinate with the care team to address changes in health status. • Ensure all documentation is accurate and meets compliance standards, including care plans and incident reports. • Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges, facilitating smooth transitions for residents. • Provide direct nursing care when needed, such as administering medications and treatments, especially in emergencies. • Mentor and support nursing staff, offering guidance and addressing any staff or resident/family concerns. • Ensure adherence to facility policies and safety standards within the unit. QUALIFICATIONS: • Current and unrestricted RN licensure in Connecticut. • Experience as an RN in long-term care or skilled nursing; supervisory experience is a plus. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. • Capability to assess resident needs and respond with sound clinical judgments. • Dependable team player with a strong attendance record.
