The Supervisor, Nursing and Patient Care Services is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility during their shift, ensuring high-quality patient care, safety, and staff efficiency. This position serves as the primary liaison between departments, providing leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
