Key Responsibilities Phone screen patients or caregivers in an empathetic manner Document patient information and manage scheduling of appointments Evaluate eligibility of potential subjects through screening methods Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 6 months experience in a medical or customer service environment Preferred qualifications include MA, CNA, LPN / LVN, EMT, or another medical license Experience with calendar management and clinical trial management systems is strongly preferred Proficiency with computer applications and typing (40+ wpm) Ability to handle sensitive patient health information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
