Responsibilities: • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to stepdown patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. • Perform assessments, plan and implement care, and document patient progress accurately. • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions. • Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and escalate care as necessary. • Maintain a safe and clean healthcare environment in compliance with standards and protocols. Qualifications: • Active RN license with experience in stepdown nursing or progressive care units. • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. • Excellent communication and patient education abilities. • Current CPR certification.
