Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in CCU and MST units across various hospital campuses. • Float effectively between the Regional Medical Center and Hopewell Campuses, with occasional shifts at MST as needed. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. • Maintain accurate documentation using the Cerner EMR system. • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols, including flu vaccination requirements. Qualifications: • Active NJ or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license at the time of application. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ICU and MST settings. • Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIH. • Experience with Cerner EMR preferred. • Commitment to maintaining a navy blue scrub dress code.
