PCU/Stepdown Nurse RN South Carolina in West Columbia, SC

This contract role involves working 12-hour night shifts (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) with a 1: 4 patient ratio, offering a focused workload that allows for attentive patient care. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license Minimum of 2 years of professional nursing experience; previous PCU experience preferred Current certifications in BLS and ACLS required; NIHSS certification is a plus Proven proficiency in Epic electronic health record system Experience managing a patient ratio of 1: 4 Ability and willingness to float within similar units or sister facilities as needed Location Highlights: This position is based in West Columbia, South Carolina, a vibrant city known for its access to beautiful parks, local arts, and a welcoming community atmosphere.
