Job Summary The Pediatric Emergency Room RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with departmental requirements and nursing standards. You will collaborate with medical staff to deliver comprehensive care, advocating for patients and families while fostering a compassionate environment. Your Responsibilities: • Conduct regular assessments to manage patient pain effectively. • Perform medical procedures and document care promptly. • Respond promptly to patient needs, anticipating and addressing concerns proactively. • Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and lifestyle changes. Qualifications: • Registered Nurse (RN) license required. • Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or RN Diploma. • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Cardiac Life Support, Trauma Nursing Core Course, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
