Requirements
• Minimum of 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care NICU setting
• Valid RN License
• Current PALS & NRP Certifications
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• Additional requirements as specified by the client facility

Job Responsibilities
As a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-tech services to critically ill children and adolescents, usually up to age 18, who require constant monitoring. In collaboration with families, physicians, and healthcare teams, you will determine the most effective care strategies and recovery paths.
• Deliver compassionate and attentive care to patients with life-threatening or high-acuity conditions.
• Maintain vigilant monitoring of patients and provide regular updates to pediatricians and families regarding patient status and recovery expectations.
