Responsibilities:
• Provide expert nursing care primarily in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with frequent floating between NICU and Pediatric units
• Monitor and manage the health status of critically ill neonates and pediatric patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and respiratory therapists, to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Utilize specialized equipment and techniques to support neonatal patients, including life support systems
• Participate in ongoing education and adhere to policies established by accrediting organizations

Qualifications:
• Current RN license with pediatric and NICU experience required
• Familiarity with Level 3 NICU protocols and neonatal life support
• Ability to frequently float between pediatric and NICU units seamlessly
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
