As a Pediatric Private Duty Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing and directing high-quality nursing care to children in their homes, as prescribed by their physician and in compliance with regulations and agency policies. You will coordinate a comprehensive care plan involving other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care, exchanging vital information with physicians, patients, families, and community resources.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Delivering high-quality clinical services within your scope of practice while adhering to infection control standards.
• Coordinating patient care with all members of the child's care team through admission to discharge.
• Conducting clinical nursing assessments as required by federal/state programs and payer needs.
• Confirming patient eligibility and medical necessity for services according to payer and agency policies.
• Creating and updating personalized plans of care/services in collaboration with other community providers.
• Adjusting the plan of care to meet the child's needs in consultation with a physician.

Required Qualifications:
• Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to effectively work in diverse home environments regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.

Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Your pay is influenced by various factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. Along with competitive pay ranging from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour for full-time employment, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including incentive and recognition programs, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions (all benefits subject to eligibility requirements).
