
Pediatric Registered Nurse - Private Duty in Forest, WI
Job Description
As a Pediatric Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing and directing nursing care to children in their homes, following physician prescriptions while adhering to all legal and regulatory standards. Your coordination of care with healthcare professionals will ensure a seamless experience for our patients, their families, and the entire care team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality clinical services in accordance with infection control standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care from admission through discharge.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical nursing assessments as required by federal and state regulations.
• Verify patient eligibility and medical necessity for services following payer and agency policies.
• Develop and continuously update individualized care plans in collaboration with community providers.
• Assess and recommend adjustments to care plans to meet patients' evolving needs with physician approval.

Required Qualifications:
• Valid and unrestricted RN license in your state.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
• Certification in CPR.
• Ability to deliver care in diverse home environments, regardless of client background.
Preferred Qualifications:
• At least one year of RN experience.
• Strong independence in a home care setting.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational abilities.
