Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to children and their families. Collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team, you will ensure our patients receive exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver general nursing care, including administering medications and treatments according to nursing standards.
• Assist providers during procedures, examinations, and tests.
• Monitor patient conditions, documenting and reporting vital signs and reactions to medications.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling, prioritizing emergencies.
• Conduct patient assessments, including health history and vital signs, and document findings comprehensively.
• Timely respond to patient inquiries and concerns, liaising with physicians as needed.
• Provide education to patients and families on health maintenance, medications, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and adequate supply levels.
• Label pathology specimens and maintain lab testing records according to protocols.
Essential Qualifications:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Board of Nursing in the state of practice upon hire.
