You’ll work collaboratively with families and the care team to support each child’s health, comfort, and development. Responsibilities • Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in the home • Perform skilled assessments and interventions per plan of care • Trach and ventilator management (training available for the right RN) • Monitor patient condition and report changes as needed • Accurately document care provided • Communicate effectively with families and the clinical team • Uphold Mercy Plus standards of compassionate, ethical care Qualifications • Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license • Current CPR certification • Negative TB test within the past 3 years • Experience with trach and ventilator care preferred (willing to train) • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills • High level of professionalism, integrity, and compassion • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a care team About Mercy Plus Mercy Plus Home Healthcare is ACHC accredited and guided by a mission of compassionate, servant-led care.
