THE POSITION
• Location: Blaine, MN
• Hours:
• Thursday, Saturday, Sunday days
• Saturday and Sunday evenings
• Client Specifics: 7 year old with trach, vent, and g-tube *Dog friendly home*
• Hours:
• Sunday days
• Friday & Saturday evenings
• Client Specifics: 4 year old with g-tube *Dog friendly home*
• Hours:
• Saturday & Sunday 8-hour days
• Saturday 8-hour overnight
• Client Specifics: 7 year old with trach, vent, and g-tube *Dog friendly home**Female Only*
• Up to a $2,500 Sign On Bonus
Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. We add the boost.
• Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
• Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour
• Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour

TRAINING & SUPPORT
Join our dynamic team and get ready for some serious teamwork! We offer specialized, hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care to current licensed nurses. We’ll help you breeze through the learning curve and into a role that truly makes a difference. With 24/7 support from our dedicated team, you’ll never feel alone. Pediatric experience is a plus, but if you’ve got heart and a willingness to learn, you’ll fit right in with our warm and welcoming crew!

SALARY RANGE
At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN, which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
