Any RTO submitted post offer/acceptance may not be approved.EMR: McKessonNBO: 8hrsOT, Holiday multipliers: x1.25ThePediatrics Office Nurse (RN)prescribes and coordinates professional nursing care for assigned patients carrying out these responsibilities independently within the guidelines of accepted nursing practice, medical direction, and hospital policies, procedures, and standards. The Office Nurse utilizes the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care. The Office Nurse teaches and directs other clinical support staff (LPNs and Medical Assistants) in the performance of acts delegated to them for the implementation of the therapeutic plan of care. direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions to ensure optimal llaborative with physicians, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.Documentation and accurate and detailed medical records of patients' conditions, treatments, and progress. Report any changes or concerns promptly to the appropriate team members.Medication medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and protocols.Patient patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote overall wellness.Support and emotional support and advocate for patients' rights, ensuring they receive compassionate and respectful care.Adherence to Policies and with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe and ethical work ntinuous updated on medical advancements, best practices, and industry standards through ongoing professional development activities.And duties as assigned Submission requirements: Triage / Telephone experience (80% time spent on phone talking with patients)All age group experience needed ---Pediatric experience requiredknowledge and ability to communicate effectively with patients re; medication, medical history, diagnosisCritical Access Hospital experience preferredClinic or Medical Office experienceProfile page, if applicable (not required)Work HistorySkills Checklist - CLINIC CHECKLIST - within the past year.1 Supervisory Signed Reference, from the past two years of employmentLicense/Certifications (NH license (or compact),BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs) Rate:87 rotation 8a-12p (AHA) Hampshire Guaranteed Hours: Contract
