Job Description
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Home Visitor - Community Based.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall coordination of care and home visitation for families enrolled in the Nurse Family Partnership
Assess physical, emotional, social, and environmental needs of women and their families
Educate and support mothers and families regarding pregnancy, infants, and toddlers based on standardized protocols
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of RN OB and / or Pediatric experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
Basic Life Support Certification required
Previous nursing experience in home visits, behavioral health, or public health is helpful
