ConvenientMD is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a vital clinical team member, you will play an integral role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working alongside medical providers, and contributing to a supportive, collaborative environment. <h3>Your Impact  </h3>
<ul>
<li>Patient Care & Triage: Conduct comprehensive patient triage by taking vital signs, documenting medical history, and performing observational examinations to identify immediate healthcare needs.
<ul>
<li>Assist with patient exams, ensuring all necessary equipment and documentation are prepared, while supporting providers during testing and procedures.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Clinical Procedures:
<ul>
<li>Perform diagnostic and testing procedures, including vision, hearing, drug screens, breath alcohol testing, spirometry, and more.</li>
<li>Execute point-of-care testing such as strep, flu, RSV, SARS-CoV-2, glucose, lipid panel, and urinalysis.</li>
<li>Provide cardiac and airway management, including ECGs, AED use, nebulizer treatments, and oxygen administration.</li>
<li>Deliver wound care assessments, immunizations, and medication administration per federal and state regulations.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Patient Engagement & Documentation: Assist with patient inquiries, communicate test results, and explain medication or therapy plans.
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate electronic medical records, documenting patient histories and treatment details.</li>
<li>Observe and report changes in patients' conditions, taking necessary action as needed.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Clinic Operations:
<ul>
<li>Ensure medical instruments and equipment are clean, sterilized, and maintained per organizational policies.</li>
<li>Maintain a stocked and sterile workspace, supporting smooth clinic operations.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Collaboration with Clinical Team: Work closely with other members of the clinical team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
<ul>
<li>Communicate effectively and efficiently with providers and other healthcare professionals to relay patient information and updates.</li>
<li>Welcome and support the training of new team clinic team members. </li>
