Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses for per diem shifts to join our compassionate team. In this vital role, you will ensure the health and comfort of our residents while fostering their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performing thorough patient assessments and creating personalized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as directed
• Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and health information
• Providing wound care and necessary nursing interventions
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Overseeing Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering high-quality care
