Your Primary Responsibilities Include:
• Patient Care (20%): Deliver direct patient care to assist providers, including rooming patients, gathering information, implementing care plans, and offering health education.
• Technical Skills (20%): Perform various technical and supportive patient care tasks, including waived testing, respiratory care, emergency response, medication and immunization administration, and IV skills such as venipuncture.
• Infection Control (10%): Maintain a disease-free environment by following handwashing, aseptic techniques, and cleaning protocols.
• Information Management (15%): Document and communicate effectively with care providers, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to test result reporting policies.
• Environment of Care (10%): Help maintain equipment and supplies, order necessary items, and ensure patient safety in accordance with OSHA standards.
• Patient Rights (10%): Uphold patient rights, enhance guest and peer relationships, and manage complaints appropriately.
• Professional Development (10%): Commit to your personal and professional growth, including maintaining licensure and certifications.
• Performance Improvement (5%): Participate in organizational initiatives aimed at enhancing performance and care quality.

Required Qualifications:
• Graduation from an accredited RN nursing program.
• Valid Texas RN License.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• At least 1 year of RN experience or participation in our new grad preceptoring program.
• Experience in CRT.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize medical equipment and supplies relevant to CPR, oxygen administration, and IV therapy.
• Availability to work a minimum of 5 shifts per month, including shifts around clinic holidays.
• Ability to travel within a designated region.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Specialty nursing certification related to the assigned area.
• ACLS certification.
Your pay will be influenced by various factors, including local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications. Employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401(k) contributions. The hourly pay for this role ranges from $28.27 to $50.48. We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws.
