Job Description
Position Overview:
As a Per-Diem Registered Nurse, you will be integral in ensuring the health and comfort of our residents. Your role includes assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing personalized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs and medical information accurately.
• Provide wound care and perform other nursing interventions as required.
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Guide and supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in providing quality care.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• A valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
