Position Summary: As a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Director of Nursing with the effective delivery and coordination of Resident Care Services. Primary Responsibilities: • Supervise C.N.A's to ensure that high-quality care is consistently provided. • Administer medications, conduct skilled nursing assessments, and provide treatments as needed. • Demonstrate competency in procedures such as foley catheters, PICC lines, feeding tubes, and wound care. • Document skilled care appropriately. • Communicate proactively with residents, families, staff, physicians, and other external providers. Qualifications: • Current RN/LPN license to practice in Massachusetts. • At least two years of full-time clinical experience or equivalent. • Experience and/or strong interest in working with older adults. • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including pushing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. • Excellent relationship-building skills with residents, families, and colleagues. • In good physical and emotional health, free from communicable diseases.
