
Per Diem Urology Nurse (RN, LPN) in Agua Fria, NM
Job Description
This role involves:
• Coordinating patient wellness and chronic illness activities.
• Actively participating in clinical leadership using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Focusing on achieving positive outcomes, such as high patient satisfaction and quality care metrics.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, RN required (BSN preferred).
• Certifications/Licenses: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in New Mexico. BLS Certification from the American Heart Association required or to be obtained within 2 weeks of hire.
• Skills: Proficient in business English, effective communication (written and verbal), and teaching techniques that align with adult learning principles.
• Experience: One year of nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Supervision: You will report to the CSVCG Dyad and work closely with clinic leadership, overseeing medical assistants and ensuring timely training and competencies are completed for clinical staff.
Physical Requirements: This role requires a full range of body motion, including lifting patients and standing for long periods. You will occasionally lift items up to 50 pounds and may work under stressful conditions with exposure to bodily fluids and other clinic-related hazards.
