Job Title : Perm - Registered Nurse (Clinical Nursing Supervisor) Location : Claremont, NH Rate : $35.40 / hour + Full Benefits Shift : 10 : 00 PM 8 : 00 AM Position Summary : The Clinical Nursing Supervisor is responsible for supporting and guiding clinical staff to ensure a safe, effective, and efficient patient care environment during overnight shifts. This leadership role provides clinical direction, problem-solving, and coordination while maintaining high standards of care and staff development. Key Responsibilities : Provide on-site clinical support and leadership for nursing staff. Assist with problem-solving and consult on patient care issues to maintain quality and continuity of care. Communicate concerns affecting patient safety or operations to department leadership. Foster staff development through collaboration with the clinical educator and informatics nurse. Promote continuous quality improvement and professional growth.
