Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health (Days) Location: Peterborough, NH Position Type: Permanent | Full-Time Shift: Day Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Weekend Requirement: Rotating Weekends On-Call: None Compensation • Pay Rate: $40.00 – $48.00 per hour (Based on education & experience) • Placement Fee: 18% (Agency) Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join a collaborative healthcare team. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality behavioral health services in a professional clinical environment. The RN will provide direct patient care while coordinating treatment plans and supporting positive patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans • Provide direct nursing care to behavioral health patients • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and wellness strategies • Advocate for patient safety, dignity, and rights • Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards • Participate in continuous professional development • Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing • Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact License (Must be active at time of submission) • BLS (AHA) – Required • ACLS (AHA) – Required • Behavioral Health experience preferred • Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Submission Requirements • Updated Resume / Work History • Skills Checklist (within 1 year – Behavioral Health focused) • 1 Supervisory Reference (within the last 2 years) • Active Licenses & Certifications (RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS – No pending accepted) Note: Candidates who have applied directly to this position are not eligible for agency submission.
