Join our team at Central Vermont Medical Center as a Hospital Pharmacist Location : Berlin, VT Shift : 8-hour days / evenings (Mon-Fri) Contract : 13 weeks | Must start within 2 weeks Requirements : Active Pharmacist license5+ years inpatient hospital experienceSterile compounding competency (fingertip and broth / media fill test)Proficiency with EPIC and PYXIS systemsStrong clinical skills : medication reconciliation, order verification, vancomycin dosing, renal dosingResponsibilities : Verify medication orders and perform reconciliationManage dosing protocols and therapeutic monitoringOversee sterile compounding and IV workflowCollaborate with clinical teams for safe, effective patient care
