
Population Health Busn Analyst in Phoenix, AZ
Job Description
Position Summary
The Population Health Business Analyst supports PCCN departments under supervision by creating and executing test scripts, completing customer ticket requests, performing minor application configurations and completing system reporting/dashboards per requirements. This position assists with researching data issues to determine root cause and report findings in a clear concise manner. This position reports directly to the Manager, Population Health and works collaboratively with PCCN teams, IT and external vendors.
Education
• Bachelor`s degree in a related field, or combination of education and 5 years of industry related experience. (Required)
Experience
• Three (3) years of population health analyst experience in testing and maintaining a SQL database system. (Required)
Special Skills
• Computer Skills: SQL, Excel, PowerBI and Word. (Required)
• Ability to recognize minor data inconsistencies and correct before going into production. (Required)
• Exceptional written, verbal and communication skills to handle all customer types. (Required)
• Thorough understanding of workflows and how they relate to a case management system. (Required)
