Job Description

Join TeamHealth's growing post-acute care team in the Clarksville, Tennessee, area. This is an excellent opportunity to provide quality, compassionate care as a primary care nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) for patients at a skilled nursing facility. Enjoy a flexible daily schedule for weekday rounding Monday through Friday.

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual compensation of $119,584 to $141,501 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position.

We ask that candidates have a current Tennessee nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) license and DEA. Previous post-acute experience preferred, but not required.
