In this critical role, you will provide direct nursing care to patients recovering from surgery, ensuring their safety and comfort during the recovery process. Type of Opportunity: Full time FTE: 1 Job Exempt: No Work Shift: Days (United States of America) Responsibilities: As a PACU RN, your responsibilities will include: • Monitoring post-operative patients to ensure recovery is progressing safely. • Providing pain management and support for patients. • Responding quickly to emergencies and coordinating care with the surgical team. • Maintaining effective communication with patients and their families. • Managing unit operations to ensure a smooth workflow. Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should have: • A valid State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Graduate Nurse Permit. • A degree from an accredited nursing program (ADN required with the expectation of obtaining a BSN within 5 years of hire).
