Requirements
• Active RN License
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS & ACLS Certifications
• At least eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PACU setting
• Other requirements as determined by our client facility

Duties and Responsibilities
The Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) RN plays a crucial role in assisting patients as they recover from anesthesia. You will monitor patients as they awaken from surgery until they are discharged or transferred to a patient care floor.
• Provide exceptional care for post-operative patients recovering from anesthesia, including general, regional, and local anesthesia. Treat both inpatients and outpatients as per their requirements.
• Administer thorough care through consistent monitoring, assessment, intervention, and ongoing reassessment.
