An experienced Registered Nurse with ASU/PACU expertise is needed for a full-time 13-week contract assignment in Kennebunk, ME. This role requires a minimum of two years experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Unit (ASU), Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), or Critical Care setting. The position offers a consistent schedule of 36 hours per week, comprised of four 9-hour day shifts, along with participation in a weekend call rotation. Qualifications and Experience: • Minimum of two years' experience in ASU/PACU or Critical Care nursing • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Schedule / Hours: • Full-time, 36 hours per week • Four 9-hour day shifts per week • Weekend call rotation required Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality nursing care in the ASU/PACU setting • Monitor patients during post-operative recovery • Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care • Comply with all safety and procedural policies Important Note: Proper completion of timecards is mandatory; inaccurately filled timecards may be rejected and will not be processed.
