Job Description
An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse experienced in Post-Anesthesia Care (RN-PACU) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare setting located in Vista, CA. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized care through thorough nursing assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Promote quality outcomes by managing complex or high-risk clinical situations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families using tailored educational plans and adult-learning principles.
• Document all aspects of nursing care clearly and accurately, maintaining compliance with policies.
• Delegate tasks appropriately within the scope and competency of healthcare team members.
• Participate in patient care conferences to review and modify care plans as necessary.
Desired Qualifications:
• Current RN licensure with experience in Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to manage diverse patient populations.
