EmergyCare is hiring Full and Part-time PREHOSPITAL RNs (PHRN) for our ERIE location
- Entry level wage $33.00
- Competitive salary based on full years of paid experience
PHRNs provide quality care to all patients transported via ambulance. The PHRN demonstrates advanced critical care and problem-solving skills and must have excellent communication skills, tact and diplomacy to create and maintain positive working relationships with patients, team members, affiliated and referring institutions, pre-hospital personnel, and the medical community.
The incumbent is responsible for the care and maintenance of all assigned equipment, for keeping abreast of current trends in emergency and critical care nursing, for contributing to the educational advancement of self, co-workers, public and community agencies, and for participation in quality assurance and marketing activities.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
- Associate Degree in Nursing or bachelor’s degree in nursing with a minimum of two years Critical Care Nursing, Emergency Medicine or other related critical care experience and training such as CCRN, CEN, CFRN, or CTRN.
- Must have: PA Registered Nursing License in good standing and PA Pre-Hospital Registered Nurse Certification, ACLS, PALS, TNCC and CPR, Valid Driver’s license and EVOC training.
