Primary Care Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant With over 18 clinics across Oregon and growing, we’re seeking passionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver functional, patient-centered primary care. Compensation: Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, Relocation Offered! Qualifications WHAT WE OFFER: • Functional Medicine Training & Mentorship: Comprehensive onboarding, clinical mentorship, and ongoing training in functional and integrative medicine to support professional growth in OnePeak’s care model • Work-Life Balance: No nights or weekends, 4 day work week with flexible schedule • Provider-Focused & Strong Clinical Support: Administrative, coding, and billing support provided, with dedicated medical assistant and medical scribe support available • Professional Training & Growth: Ongoing functional medicine training, opportunities for career advancement, and support for continuing education • Compensation & Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance), 401(k) with 4% company match, up to 4 weeks PTO, and malpractice insurance covered by OnePeak Medical RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: • Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments • Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions • Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions • Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles • Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff • Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner • Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions • Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or AGNP-PC), PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain) • Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or relevant specialty • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (functional/integrative medicine experience a plus) • Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Proficient with electronic health records (NextGen experience a plus) Qualifications • Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or AGNP-PC), PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain) • Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or relevant specialty
