Benefits & Perks • 401(k) • Health, dental, and vision coverage • Paid time off + 8 additional paid vacation days • CME/Licensure stipend • Flexible schedule • Supportive leadership & strong administrative infrastructure What You Will Do Administrative Responsibilities • Collaborate with the Regional Medical Director to develop and implement clinical programs and policies. • Provide leadership and guidance to medical staff within assigned facilities. • Serve as Medical Director for designated skilled nursing facilities. • Partner with facility leadership to enhance quality of care and operational efficiency. Clinical Responsibilities • Conduct patient examinations and manage ongoing care in post‑acute/long‑term care settings. • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, X‑rays, EKGs, etc.). • Formulate and implement evidence‑based treatment plans. • Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate. • Document patient history, progress notes, and care plans in the EMR (timely completion required). • Educate patients and families on health maintenance, care plans, and treatment options. • Review labs and sign required paperwork promptly. Qualifications • Must be a U.S. citizen or possess valid authorization/visa to work in the U.S. Eligible for unrestricted medical license in one of the following states: • Washington (WA) • Alaska (AK) – High Priority • Oregon (OR) • Montana (MT) – High Priority • Eligible for or holder of DEA license, NPI, and prescriptive authority. • Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in: • Internal Medicine • Family Medicine • Geriatric Medicine • General Practice • Other specialties may be considered. • Must be eligible for Medicare/Medicaid participation. Required Education & Experience • MD / DO / MBBS degree. • Preferred: 1+ year of experience in primary care, hospital medicine, or skilled nursing. • New graduates from Residency programs are encouraged to apply!
