Position Overview: As a Primary Care Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality nursing care under the guidance of our healthcare providers. Your responsibilities will encompass: • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care based on individual health needs. • Utilizing established protocols and guidelines to address potential health issues effectively. • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. In this role, you will report directly to the Practice Manager and engage with patients in a supportive environment. Qualifications: • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Connecticut. • Previous experience in a Medical/Surgical Office setting is preferred.
