Job Responsibilities: • Provide skilled nursing care under provider direction in various clinical settings. • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient responses to health problems. • Deliver office-based nursing care in collaboration with the provider to ensure continuity of patient care. • Assess patients' physical and psychosocial needs, formulating appropriate nursing plans, and evaluating interventions. • Demonstrate independent nursing actions based on assessments and problem identification. • Triaging telephone calls and providing prompt, precise, and professional nursing interventions. • Assist patients and their families with empathy while respecting confidentiality and privacy. • Travel to other regional offices as needed. Qualifications: • Current Connecticut RN license and CPR certification. • Three years of experience in a medical practice is preferred. • Familiarity with medical software is beneficial.
