Private Duty Registered Nurse – In-Home Detox (Los Angeles County) Flexible Per Diem / PRN | Private Pay Clients | We are looking for nurses who are ready for a change from the traditional hospital environment and are looking for a more meaningul, personalized style of care We’re seeking a compassionate and competent Registered Nurse to join our concierge team, providing in-home detox services throughout Los Angeles County. This is a private-duty, 1:1 role supporting clients as they safely withdraw from opioids, benzodiazepines, or alcohol in the comfort and privacy of their own home. About the Role: • Provide direct nursing care during medical detox, including administering prescribed medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient progress. • Collaborate closely with physicians and care coordinators. • Deliver bedside-style care with a high-comfort, concierge approach • Be present and supportive — some cases involve overnight stays (up to 5 consecutive days) to ensure patient safety and comfort white they detox from drugs or alcohol. • Ideal for nurses who are confident in their clinical judgment and comfortable working independently in high-trust environments.
