Your Role as a Hemodialysis Nurse
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis.
• Supervising treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building strong, supportive relationships with patients by understanding their physical, emotional, and mental health needs.
• Educating nursing staff on hemodialysis patient care, equipment usage, and standards of care.

Qualifications
• Current RN licensure in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification is preferred (assistance in obtaining it can be provided).
• Minimum of 6 months of dialysis nursing experience required.
• 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting preferred.
