As a Registered Nurse at Addus, your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting patients in maintaining their independence at home.
• Conducting routine supervisory visits to assess care plans and ensure excellent client service delivery.
• Following up on unskilled services.
• Presenting educational in-service training to clients and their families.
• Communicating effectively with Case Managers and other care team members.

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure.
• Ability to travel locally using your own vehicle, valid driver's license, and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
