PRN Home Infusion Registered Nurse in Bangor, ME

Join our dedicated team as a skilled infusion nurse (RN) with IVIg experience, focused on providing exceptional in-home infusion services for a local patient. Infusion Details: • Medication: Gammagard - Infuse 45 grams intravenously once every 4 weeks • Length of treatment: 30 min - 1 Hour Pre Hydration + 3 Hours & 8 Minutes + Prep Time • Location: Bangor, ME 04401 • Date of Service: 2/26/26 • Access: PIV - Hard Stick • Pump: Curlin Pump Preferences: • The patient prefers a morning start time unless otherwise specified • The patient prefers a female RN skilled with difficult PIV access • The patient does not have any pets in the home • The patient is not new to treatment Responsibilities of the PRN Home Infusion Registered Nurse: • Administer immune globulin infusion therapies directly to the patient in their home environment. • Leverage your clinical IV expertise and compassionate care to make a meaningful impact on the patient’s health. • Provide personalized, one-on-one nursing care and patient education aligned with the physician's treatment plan. • Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other collaborative partners. Requirements of the PRN Home Infusion Registered Nurse: • Active and unencumbered nursing license in the state of practice • Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (approved by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross) • IVIg experience, preferably in a home care setting • A valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance, with access to a vehicle for business-related travel • A clear background check
