Join our dedicated team as a Home Infusion Nurse (RN) specializing in IVIg therapy, providing essential in-home infusions for patients. We are looking for compassionate nurses eager to make a difference in patients' lives. Infusion Details: • Medication: Gammagard - Infuse 50 gm intravenously every 2 weeks • Length of treatment: 6 hours and 3 minutes + prep time • Location: Warwick, RI 02888 • Date of Service: 1/16/26 • Access: Port-A-Cath • Pump: Curlin Preferences: • The patient is flexible with the start time • The patient has 2 friendly dogs in the home • This patient is not new to treatment Key Responsibilities: • Administer immune globulin infusion therapies directly in the comfort of the patient’s home. • Utilize your clinical expertise and compassionate care to positively impact patients' health and well-being. • Provide individualized home infusion nursing care and patient education in accordance with the physician's treatment plan. • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare partners to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements: • Active and unencumbered nursing license in the state of practice • Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (from an approved organization) • Experience with IVIg, particularly in a home setting • Valid driver’s license, proof of liability insurance, and access to a vehicle for work-related travel • Successful completion of a background check
