Job Summary and Qualifications
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to the unique needs of our ICU patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care in alignment with best practices and hospital standards. Your responsibility includes:
• Performing medical procedures and monitoring as directed by healthcare providers while thoroughly documenting all care in the patient’s medical record.
• Educating patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-management practices.
• Implementing evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Coordinating and customizing treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare team members for optimal patient recovery.
Qualifications:
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Associate Degree in Nursing.
