Job Description
As an Intermediate Care Unit Registered Nurse (IMCU RN), you will be at the forefront of patient care, treating individuals with serious health conditions such as diabetes, electrolyte imbalances, renal failure, liver failure, and more. Your role will be crucial in providing high-quality, compassionate care. The key responsibilities include:
• Individually assessing each patient's needs and collecting relevant data, including temperature, blood pressure, and pain levels, following the facility's procedures.
• Performing physician-prescribed treatments and ensuring effective communication with patients, families, and medical personnel, while advocating for patient welfare.
• Preparing medical equipment and assisting physicians during patient examinations and treatments.
