<p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as a compassionate liaison between residents, families, and physicians</li>
<li>Provide clinical support and assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, mobility, etc.)</li>
<li>Monitor resident health and maintain accurate care documentation</li>
<li>Support a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents with memory impairments</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program</li>
<li>Active LVN/LPN license</li>
<li>Preferred: experience in senior care or memory care settings</li>
<li>Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards</li>
<li>Effective communicator in verbal and written English</li>
<li>Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)</li>
<li>Comfortable working around animals and pets</li>

<p><strong>Schedule: PRN, PM shift, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM</strong></p>
<p><strong>Shift Differential:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>NOC (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM) Shifts will include a $2/hour shift differential.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Weekend (Sat 12:00 AM - Sun 11:59 PM) Shifts will include a $2/hour shift differential.</strong></li>
