Join Our Team as a PRN Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse! As a MedSurg RN, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to a diverse patient population. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough patient assessments and developing tailored care plans to meet individual needs. You'll work closely with physicians, assisting them during examinations and treatments. Your key responsibilities will encompass: • Preparing, administering, and accurately documenting prescribed medications. • Taking proactive measures to address any adverse symptoms that may arise. • Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs as required. Shift: PM, 7 PM - 7 AM
