About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will be an integral part of a dynamic care team. You will coordinate and provide high-quality, patient-centered care, ensuring that each patient's needs are met through:
• Regular assessment of patient pain to enhance pain management and patient comfort.
• Timely documentation of patient care and treatment procedures.
• Proactive engagement in anticipating and fulfilling patient needs.
• Education and support for patients and families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and lifestyle adjustments.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are:
• Graduates of an accredited nursing program with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
• Licensed Registered Nurses in South Carolina with a clear record.
• Current in Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with ACLS and PALS preferred (to be obtained within 12 months).
• Preferred candidates will have experience in emergency or critical care nursing.
