Location: 145 Noggle Way, Suite 101, Indianapolis, IN 46237

Shift: Days. The clinic operates Monday-Friday, and the PRN RN will cover sick call-offs, PTO coverage, and higher census days as needed. This role involves working onsite to promote consistent collaboration and immediate support among team members.

As a PRN Registered Nurse at Paragon Infusion Centers, you will play a crucial role in the administration of ordered therapies, ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform nursing duties in accordance with professional standards and facility protocols.
• Administer therapies as prescribed and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Complete the admission process as directed by the Center Director.
• Conduct thorough physical assessments of patients, especially for new consults based on their diagnosis.
• Document all relevant findings in the patient's medical record.
• Report any significant patient changes to the Center Director and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Evaluate patient responses to therapy and document findings accordingly.
• Provide education to patients and family members about the therapy plans.
• Confirm that all medication orders are current, accurate, and complete before treatment.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.

Minimum Requirements:
• ASN or ADN with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience or a combination of education and experience that fits the role.
• Current and unrestricted RN license in Indiana; multi-state licensure is required for services in multiple states.
• Completion of a Tuberculosis test and Hepatitis B vaccination or signed waiver.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience with IV therapy.
• Experience with Port, PICC, and Peripheral Lines.
• Knowledge in medication mixing and titration.
• Baccalaureate in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Multi-state nursing license is a plus.
