Salary Range: $34.00 - $48.00
Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) will utilize their nursing expertise to provide tailored care to residents, following the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate closely with residents, families, and a multi-disciplinary team including healthcare providers to ensure optimal care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and manage care plans.
• Educate residents and families about health processes and needs.
• Coordinate care with other nursing staff and healthcare professionals.
• Serve as charge nurse when needed, delegating appropriate tasks to team members.
• Uphold high standards of nursing practice as per the Nurse Practice Act.
Qualifications
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred.
• Possess an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Maintain all required competencies and certifications.
