Job Summary and Qualifications
In this role, you will provide personalized, comprehensive care to patients while collaborating with medical providers and the healthcare team. You will assess, perform, teach, and manage care, ensuring an outstanding experience for patients and fostering positive clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients during admission and on each shift, swiftly identifying and reporting any changes in their condition.
• Implement care plans by performing procedures, monitoring progress, documenting care accurately, and administering medications while monitoring patient responses.
• Deliver exceptional, proactive care by responding promptly to patient requests and addressing their needs effectively.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatment options, medications, and follow-up care, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Qualifications:
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Diploma in Nursing required.
